Three jobs, one kitchen
Lunchtime restaurant: royal couscous, slow tagines, grills. Weekend caterer delivering buffets for christenings and birthdays around Troyes. And during wedding season, a negafa: the women who dress the bride, handle each outfit change and carry the amariya, the bridal chair.
The mess before
Without a proper tool, a restaurant order is a phone call or a private message. An address gets written down wrong. A dish is forgotten. Someone calls back to ask where their couscous is. Wedding enquiries drag on for weeks. One place to order was needed, plus a quote form that asks the right questions from the start.
