What this site keeps about you, why, and for how long. And how to get it corrected or deleted.

What we collect
Through the contact form, your name, company, phone, email, town, what you need and your message. Only the fields you fill in.
To block abuse, a one-way hashed fingerprint of your IP address and the time you sent the form. These records delete themselves after 30 days.
Everywhere else on the site, nothing. No analytics, no advertising, no social media pixels.
Why, and on what basis
We use your information for one thing, answering your request, and then running your project if you become a client. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. We never sell, rent or share any data.
Where the data is kept, and for how long
The site and the request database are hosted in France, by o2switch in Clermont-Ferrand. The team also gets requests by email. We keep them for three years after our last exchange. Then they’re deleted.
Cookies and third-party services
- One cookie only, tdma_sess, set on the contact page to protect the form. It’s strictly technical and goes away when you close your browser.
- Fonts and icons are served from this website, on our own hosting. No third-party service (Google Fonts, a CDN) gets your IP address when a page loads.
- WhatsApp buttons open Meta’s service, which has its own privacy rules.
Your rights
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 gives you the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@tourakdigital.ma or call +212 7 70 41 56 37. We delete or correct your data when you ask.
Not happy with our answer? You can contact the CNDP, Morocco’s data protection authority. If you live in the European Union, the GDPR gives you the same rights, and you can contact your national authority.
