Agadir and the Souss

Web design in Agadir and the Souss, with our local branch

Tourak Digital Group has a branch in Agadir. You can meet the team by appointment, or run the project over the phone, WhatsApp and video if that is easier. What matters next is that your pages talk about your neighbourhood, your customers and the words they actually type when they search in Agadir.

In short

Tourak Digital Group builds websites, online stores and Google Business profiles for companies in Agadir, Inezgane and Ait Melloul. The group has a branch in Agadir, with a team you can meet by appointment; this site belongs to the network, whose base is in Meknes, at IMM Richel No. 17, Avenue des FAR. You can also reach us by phone on +212 7 70 41 56 37 and over WhatsApp. A brochure website costs from 2,900 MAD and is delivered in one week; an online store starts at 5,000 MAD and SEO at 1,900 MAD a month. Each language version, English, French and Arabic, is written separately with its own keywords.

A rebuilt city with three economies

On 29 February 1960 an earthquake flattened Agadir. The kasbah at Agadir Oufella, Founty, Ihchach and old Talborjt all came down. Almost everything you see today was built after that night: wide avenues, low-rise blocks, and a plan that keeps housing, the tourist strip and the port clearly apart. The Wall of Remembrance in Talborjt marks the date.

In 2024 the municipality had 504,768 residents and the Agadir Ida Outanane prefecture 721,431. Inezgane (137,512) and Ait Melloul (210,870) run straight on to the south, so the three municipalities together pass 850,000 people. Add Ibn Zohr University, with students from across southern Morocco.

The economy stands on three legs. Beach tourism, with roughly six kilometres of sand between the marina and Founty, and since July 2022 a 1.7 km cable car from the Tildi bridge up to the kasbah. The sea, with one of the country’s main fishing ports and Haliopolis, a 150-hectare park for seafood processing. And the land: the Souss plain ships citrus and early vegetables to Europe and keeps packing stations, refrigerated hauliers and packaging suppliers busy.

These three worlds buy in different ways. A tourist books from a hotel bed. An importer in Rotterdam checks your certificates before replying. A parent in Hay Mohammadi wants a paediatrician open on Saturday. Your site needs to know which of them it is talking to.

Founty, Talborjt, Anza and the rest: a map of your customers

  • Founty and the tourist zone. Resort hotels, holiday flats, restaurants, car hire, day trips to Paradise Valley or Imouzzer. Foreign visitors comparing options on a phone, in English or French, and deciding fast.
  • Talborjt. The district rebuilt around its square, with small hotels, cafés and neighbourhood shops. Searches here often end in "nearby" or "open now".
  • City centre and marina. Avenue Hassan II, Boulevard Mohammed V, clinics, agencies, chain stores. Competition is tight and a half-filled Google profile stands out for the wrong reasons.
  • Souk El Had. Fruit, spices, fabric, crafts, hardware. Many traders still have no online presence at all, even though their customers in the diaspora go looking for them.
  • Hay Mohammadi, Tikiouine, Dakhla, Charaf. The big residential districts, where everything comes down to distance: doctor, school, gym, garage.
  • Anza and the port. To the north, the fishing and commercial quays, cold stores, canneries, and the Anza seafront redeveloped under the 2020-2024 urban programme.
  • Inezgane and Ait Melloul. Wholesale trade, markets, transport into the Souss and the south. Their customers search differently from Founty’s, so they get different pages.

Agadir businesses that need to be found online

Hotels, riads and guesthouses. The season in Agadir is long, but the platforms take their commission all year. A well-ranked site with your rooms, rates and a simple form wins back direct bookings, especially from the regulars who return every winter.

Fishing and seafood. Wholesalers, processors, ice makers, equipment suppliers. A foreign buyer wants to read about your products, volumes, health approvals and shipping terms, in English. That fits in a handful of well-made pages.

Souss agri-exports. Cooperatives, packing stations, nurseries, drip-irrigation installers. Before a first meeting, a European client types your name into Google. If all he finds is a Facebook page from 2019, he moves on.

Argan and natural cosmetics. The argan forest has been a UNESCO biosphere reserve since 1998. Cooperatives sell to tourists while they are here, then lose them once they fly home. An online store with payment and delivery keeps them as customers.

Property. Second homes, flats near the beach, villas on the hills. Many buyers live abroad and only visit once they have seen everything online.

Healthcare, education, neighbourhood shops. Clinics, dental practices, private schools, language centres, pastry shops, hair salons. Their customers are local and check Google Maps before walking in.

Our services in Agadir, with prices

A brochure website starts at 2,900 MAD and is delivered in one week once you have sent the basic copy and photos. It loads quickly on a 4G phone, shows your address on a map and sends enquiries wherever you read them.

An online store starts at 5,000 MAD. It suits cooperatives and brands selling in Morocco and abroad. Timing depends on the number of products and the payment method, online or cash on delivery, and we set it together in the quote.

SEO starts at 1,900 MAD a month. We work on searches by district (Founty is not Tikiouine) and by language, build the pages that are missing, and track results in Search Console.

We also handle your Google Business Profile, often the first thing an Agadir customer sees, mobile apps for shops with repeat orders, and digital marketing to reach tourists before they travel or buyers in Europe.

Behind those prices is the Tourak Digital group: 33 websites delivered, one team in Meknes and another in Troyes, France. For an Agadir exporter, that double presence helps produce pages a French buyer reads without wincing.

An Agadir project with our branch, step by step

  1. First contact. A meeting with the Agadir team, a call to +212 7 70 41 56 37 or a WhatsApp message to +212 7 88 09 29 51. We talk about your customers, your season and what you want to receive: calls, bookings, orders.
  2. The review. We look at what Google shows today when someone searches for you in Agadir, what your direct competitors show, and what is missing. You get it in writing with the quote, free of charge.
  3. The content. We send a precise list of photos to take and questions to answer. For a hotel: rooms, view, breakfast, access. For an exporter: products, packaging, certificates. Then we write each language separately.
  4. Approval. The site in progress sits on a test address. You comment from your phone, we correct, and we repeat until you are happy.
  5. Launch and follow-up. Checks on speed, the form, the map and mobile display, then a monthly report for SEO clients.

At any stage you can drop in on the Agadir team by appointment instead of settling everything by message. To start the project, write to us from the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Who looks after my website in Agadir?

The team at our Agadir branch, whom you can meet by appointment. A good Agadir site is made of pages that talk about Founty, Talborjt or Anza in the right words, plus steady follow-up. Prices are published and the quote is in writing.

My hotel lives on Booking. Is a site of my own worth it?

Keep the platforms; they bring new guests. Your own site wins back, commission-free, the guests who return and those who find you on Google Maps. In Agadir, where many visitors come back year after year, that is where the difference lies.

Can you build an online store for an argan cooperative?

Yes, from 5,000 MAD: product pages, photos, online payment or cash on delivery, and copy in English, French and Arabic to sell in Morocco and to past visitors back home.

What budget should I plan for a website in Agadir?

From 2,900 MAD for a brochure site delivered in one week, from 5,000 MAD for a store, and from 1,900 MAD a month for SEO. The quote is free and spells everything out before work starts.

Do you write in Tashelhit or Tifinagh?

No, and we would rather be clear about it. We write in English, French and Arabic. For Souss customers who mostly speak Tashelhit, we rely on what works for everyone: a visible WhatsApp number, clear photos and an accurate map.

Do you also work in Inezgane, Ait Melloul and Taghazout?

Yes, with the same Agadir team. Each town has its own searches: an Inezgane wholesaler, a Taghazout surf camp and a clinic in central Agadir are not chasing the same words.
