Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost in Meknes or Fes?
There’s no flat rate. The price is set in a free written quote, in dirhams, depending on pages, languages and features. A business website and an online shop are different jobs, and the quote spells out every line.
How long does a website take?
5 to 15 working days for a business website. 15 to 30 days for an online shop. 30 to 90 days for an app. The rest depends on how fast you send text and photos.
Should I choose a .ma or a .com domain?
A .ma, run in Morocco by the ANRT, tells people straight away you’re a Moroccan business. A .com suits you better if most customers are abroad. You can also register both and point one at the other. Either way, the domain is in your name.
Is hosting included?
Yes, we take care of hosting and the SSL certificate. Their yearly cost is a separate line in the quote, so you know what you pay each year.
Can I accept card payments through CMI?
Yes. You sign an online payment agreement with your bank, which handles the CMI application. We connect the gateway to your site and test it before launch.
Can my shop offer cash on delivery?
Yes, with cards or instead of them. We add a confirmation step by phone or WhatsApp, so fewer parcels get refused.
Who looks after the site after launch?
Day-to-day content is yours. Text, photos, prices, hours, you change them yourself. The technical side is ours. Updates, new pages, backups, we offer ongoing support on quote.
Can my site be in English, French and Arabic?
Yes. Each language is written for its own readers, and the Arabic reads right to left. English helps most with tourism in Fes and with the Al Akhawayn crowd in Ifrane.
How soon will I show up on Google in Meknes?
A Google Business Profile shows up a few days after verification. For the website, SEO usually starts to pay off after 2 to 3 months.
Do I need a Google Business Profile if I already have a website?
Yes, especially if customers come to you. On a phone, Google shows the map and the profiles first. Websites come after.

Yes. Phone, WhatsApp, video, it all works. And the Meknes office can meet you in person if you’d rather.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Yes, after an audit. To move the domain you’ll need the transfer code from your current provider, and we’ll walk you through it.
