The client
A small outfit making websites, flyers and logos for businesses that want a first visual identity and a first online presence. The site had to stay in the company’s hands for day-to-day page management. Every sale now arrives already paid, with a precise order, so no chasing deposits and no rewriting the same proposal three times.
Why packs
For this audience a custom quote is friction: waiting, discussing, coming back. A fixed-price pack with clear contents gets decided in minutes. Selling online also needs a framework: terms of sale, refunds and returns, legal notices.
