Maison Mélitsa: selling Ourika Valley craft in France
Beldi glass has bubbles, small wobbles, a faint green tint. In a bad photo that looks like a flaw. Maison Mélitsa’s shop was built so those details read as what they are: the mark of a hand.

In short
Tourak Digital Group built the online shop of Maison Mélitsa, a French brand of Moroccan tableware and home decor. Pieces such as recycled hand-blown beldi glasses and carafes, jugs, baskets, candle holders and raw wood furniture come from a workshop in the Ourika Valley. Stripe payments, tracked delivery in France, and a founder who adds her own products.

The brand
Founded by Juliette, who works with a workshop in the Ourika Valley below the Atlas and visits regularly. The catalogue mixes beldi glass, basketry, tableware and some raw wood furniture. Customers are in France.
The problem
Handmade objects sell badly on a standard shop. Generic product pages flatten everything: “glass, 25 cl, 12 €”. Origin, material and care disappear. We needed pages that tell where a piece comes from, how to wash it, and why no two glasses match. The founder also wanted to add products and sell them the same day without waiting for us.
What we delivered
- A catalogue split into tableware, baskets and home decor.
- Full product pages: origin, material, care, photos per colour.
- Stripe checkout and tracked delivery in France.
- An editor for categories, products and page sections.
- A Google Shopping feed, including products added later.
For customers
Someone setting a festive table sees the glass up close, reads why it has bubbles, and orders knowing the piece comes from a named workshop.
