Why a US company
Some clients work in dollars and expect US norms: a clear contract, online invoicing, fast support, English. Rather than ask them to sign with a Moroccan or French agency, the group set up a US company to hold those contracts. It is not a shell: the same teams deliver the work, with the same tools and standards.
